CRITERIA FOR MEASURING SUPPLIER PERFORMANCE AT SLRESCUE
SLRESCUE uses the following parameters to measure performance:
- Adequate service delivery in terms of requested products, delivery times and conditions, and, where applicable, provision of appropriate guarantees for the service/supply in question. Also, if available, information on the disposal of supplied goods at the end of their life cycle.
- Possession of management system certifications: ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, or others. We would appreciate it if you could send us a copy of the certification or a link to it.
- Possession of the relevant authorization to carry out the work (industrial safety, transportation, etc.).
- For waste management companies, possession of the relevant authorization.
EVALUATION PROCEDURE
At SLRESCUE, an initial evaluation is carried out using the following:
INITIAL EVALUATION QUESTIONNAIRE
- Quality, environmental, and/or occupational health and safety management system, certified or in process
- Compliance with delivery or completion deadlines
- Supply of the agreed quantity or service
- Availability of stock or necessary resources
- Acceptable quality/price ratio
- Prevention of damage during transport or service; use of environmentally friendly vehicles
- Qualification and regulation of operators, including environmental and occupational risk prevention training
- Compliance with specifications, including, where applicable, user instructions on product disposal at the end of its useful life
- Company’s assessment of customer satisfaction with the products/services provided
For CONTINUOUS EVALUATION, any non-conformities will also be assessed.
